Social media personality Braden Peters, widely known as "Clavicular" within the "looksmaxxing" community, has been charged with multiple offenses in Massachusetts, including rape and drugging a person for sexual intercourse. The 20-year-old influencer also faces a misdemeanor charge for allegedly providing alcohol to a minor. These charges were filed on September 8, 2026, stemming from an alleged incident that occurred on May 23, 2025, at his family's Cape Cod home in Chatham.

Authorities allege that Peters supplied alcohol to a 17-year-old girl, causing her to become heavily intoxicated before the alleged assault. According to court records and a police report, the alleged victim reported waking up to Peters raping her after falling asleep. Peters has denied the accusations, with a spokesperson for the influencer stating the criminal charges are "bogus" and arise from a civil lawsuit he declined to settle.

Peters is currently not in custody and is scheduled for arraignment on October 14. This is not the first legal issue for the influencer, who has previously faced charges including battery in Florida and firearms offenses related to an alligator shooting incident.
