Joe Biden was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer that had metastasized to his bones in May 2025, less than four months after leaving the White House. Despite the advanced stage and accompanying discomfort, Hunter Biden noted that his father remains committed to public discourse, continuing to speak out on issues important to him. The former President, who is 83 years old, has undergone radiation therapy and hormone treatment for the aggressive cancer.
