Israeli forces intensify raids in West Bank, strike Lebanon amidst escalating regional tensions

Israeli forces have significantly escalated their operations across the occupied West Bank and conducted renewed airstrikes in Lebanon, amidst ongoing regional tensions as of late May 2026. Raids in West Bank cities like Nablus and Qalqilya have led to arrests, property damage, and fatalities, with reports indicating a rise in settler violence as well.
