This announcement follows his recent marriage to Georgina Rodriguez and his participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which he confirmed was his final appearance in the tournament. Ronaldo's current contract with Saudi Pro League club Al Nassr is slated to conclude in January 2027.
