Ronaldo expressed his desire to "leave a spectacular legacy" and outlined his post-retirement plans, which include dedicating more time to his family, traveling, and engaging in activities like padel. He acknowledged that stepping away from the sport that has defined much of his life will create a significant void, but he has mapped out various ways to fill his time.

The Portuguese forward, who recently participated in his record sixth and final World Cup in 2026, where he scored three goals, is also approaching the milestone of 1,000 career goals.
